I'm known as a straight-shooter, and I distinguish myself from most real estate agents with my intimate knowledge of Portland neighborhoods and vast experience facilitating the best deal for my clients. When selling, I have a strong background in home staging to maximize offer potential at a minimal cost to you. When buying or leasing space, you can count of me to find good opportunities at a fair price. 

Long-Time Portland Resident

While I have strong familiarity with many areas of Oregon and Washington, I'm a long-time Portland resident. I've been an active community member, I offer a unique and informed perspective about your new neighborhood in close-in Portland. I’ve lived in inner Northeast and Southeast Portland since 2001, and have been involved with real estate in Portland since 2004. So I know these areas intimately and have strong relationships in these neighborhoods.

Giving Back to the Community

I enjoy giving back to the community, serving over the years as a Board Member for a number of local Portland and Northwest non-profit, community and neighborhood organizations. I am an avid supporter of green building and sustainability and have my Earth Advantage Green Realtor Certification, in addition to living sustainably every daily. I also give back to the community by donating 1% of my commission to the organization of your choice.
